Asset Manager: Find assets that have gone quiet

An asset that stops reporting is either idle, lost, or at risk. Asset Manager now tracks reporting activity against thresholds you set and acts on it automatically.

• Set a reporting threshold per workflow and mark assets Active or Inactive based on when they last reported
• Deactivate assets automatically after a set period of inactivity, excluding assets on active shipments
• Get alerts and email notifications when an asset's status or reporting status changes

Asset Manager: Control where assets can travel

Some cargo should never cross certain state lines. You can now define restricted US states and know immediately when an asset enters or leaves one.

• Generate timeline alerts for entry into and exit from restricted states
• Receive email notifications with a direct link to the asset timeline
• Check Bluetooth seal status and battery level from the device drawer

Asset Manager: Work faster with saved views and a full audit trail

• Save, apply, and manage personal filter presets across table and map views
• Filter by movement state, workflow, date added, and event type on the asset timeline
• Review every change to an asset, including what changed, when, and who made it, across UI, import, and API updates
• Export assets with last reported location and timestamp included
