
Kelly Preczewski is the Vice President of Client Success and leads the implementation & onboarding, customer success, and customer operations at Overhaul, where she drives excellence in how customers adopt, realize value from, and expand their use of our active supply-chain risk management solutions.
With over a decade of experience in customer-centric operations and program leadership, Kelly is passionate about building scalable frameworks that ensure customers start strong and stay successful. She oversees the full lifecycle of customer engagement at Overhaul — from the first implementation kickoff through onboarding, ongoing success management, and operational support — working cross-functionally to align execution with customer goals and long-term value. Under her leadership, the customer success and operations teams enable consistent delivery of outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and fuel retention and growth.
Kelly joined Overhaul in 2018 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across customer delivery and client services, including managing strategic accounts and scaling success practices. Based in Austin, Kelly combines a strategic mindset with operational rigor to champion customer experience and drive organizational impact.
