
Luis Villatoro currently serves as the Director of Intelligence and Security for Latin America at OVERHAUL and President of the National Association of Vehicle Tracking and Protection Companies (ANERPV). He served in the Internal Affairs Unit of the Federal Police as a Director with the Police Rank of Inspector, and at the National Center for Drug Control (CENDRO) of the Attorney General's Office.
He is a candidate for a Doctorate in Criminology from the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, Spain. He holds a Master's degree in Security and Defense from the Antonio de Nebrija University of Madrid, Spain, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science from the FCPyS-UNAM. He is specialized in National Security and Organized Crime issues, with recognition for Academic Trajectory. He has a Specialty in Intelligence from the Gutiérrez Mellado University Institute of the Spanish Ministry of Defense.
He is a graduate of the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies (CHDS) of the National Defense University of the United States on issues of transnational organized crime.
He has a Law degree, with a focus on Criminal Sciences, from the Faculty of Law-UNAM and in Political Science from the FESA-UNAM, where he graduated with Honors.
