Marc Schrader is a strategic partnerships and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling high-impact ecosystems across logistics, supply chain, and enterprise technology.
Marc currently leads Partnerships and Business Development at Overhaul, where he is responsible for expanding a global partner network that includes technology providers, system integrators, insurers, OEMs, and strategic channel partners. In this role, he focuses on translating complex supply-chain risk, security, and visibility challenges into clear, monetizable partner value propositions. His work spans joint go-to-market strategy, bi-directional product integrations, and partner-sourced revenue programs that align executive vision with frontline execution.
Throughout his career, Marc has built and led teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and business development within the logistics and transportation technology landscape. He is known for combining operational rigor, value-based selling principles, and data-driven growth strategies with a practical, customer-first mindset. At Overhaul, he also oversees the Business Development organization, applying modern BDR strategies and disciplined pipeline management to drive consistent, high-quality growth.
Beyond his work in supply chain technology, Marc is a published author and creative thinker. He is the author of "PMA: Because Life’s Too Short to Be a Grump", a humorous and heartfelt reflection on leadership, mindset, and life lessons inspired by his father. The book blends personal stories and practical insights, reflecting the same belief Marc brings to his professional life: that clarity, positivity, and execution matter and that great outcomes are built through trust, collaboration, and a little bit of wit.
